In 2002 Nice Media director Tom Hickmore founded the website Pimple TV to explore the potential of the viral video clip. Working with co-writer, Paul Sinclair, he produced & directed 40 clips for the site. The site attracted over a million downloads a month.
Pimple TV clips are now distributed by mobile content suppliers Le Singe Media and we have also produced purpose-made clips for them. These have been distributed to a wide range of mobile phone service providers including Vodaphone, 3 Mobile, T Mobile, O2 and Orange. Clips have also been shown on television including Bravo, Canal Plus and Dave.
We
have also produced video for MMS for 3
Mobile.
Working with Academy Internet we recently produced a clip for a Fish4jobs
campaign - see Gordo the Accountant in the clips menu.
