This CD ROM is a 20-hour induction course. The product is designed for both individual and classroom use, and is supported by facilitator notes. Six video stories, filmed by Nice Media, and ten other patient scenarios outline the principles of the NHS. Anita was lead writer and scripted much of the e-learning, as well as the video content. This involved intensive research with more than forty subject matter experts and several patient focus groups.

This clip was filmed in a studio with a purpose-built set. We also filmed on location in a hospital.
