October 2008, Smile-on commissioned us to produce 90 minutes of dramatised video content for a medical e-learning application.

‘Performance in Practice – managing performance issues’ is an online learning intervention developed in collaboration with Cardiff University and the UnumProvident Centre for Psychosocial and Disability Research. It aims to enhance the quality of communication between supervisors and doctors. The target audience comprises all those working in a supervisory role within deaneries and medical trusts.

We filmed in a small studio over a 4-day period. Some scenes were filmed in sets and others against green screen, with the virtual sets inserted at the editing stage.
