The play is about the people of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean, who were removed from their island by the British in the 1970's so their home could be leased to the US Navy. Researching the play involved working closely with the community of Diego Garcians in Sussex, and also living for several weeks among the community in Mauritius. The script integrates English, French and Creole languages and uses drama, original music and interview footage. The producer was Claudine Toutoungi.
